How to Add More Fiber Into Your Diet

This week I have been focusing on incorporating more fiber and protein into my daily nutrition. I am not on a diet - this is my everyday lifestyle.

I have also been working on getting rid of my baby belly - this is Day 10 of my Journey with the 21 Day Fix and I have high expectations so no fooling around. I am committed and determined to stick to my plan of losing the baby belly within the next 90 days.

One of the biggest reasons for my body holding onto weight in the past has been that I've failed to eat enough calories, not getting enough fiber nor healthy fats into my system.

So I decided to cut back on my usual sugary bananas that I would add to my daily Shakeology shake and instead add more fiber and protein for an added boost.

So here's what I put into my shake:



1 packet of Tropical Strawberry Vegan Shakeology
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp organic flax seeds
6 ice cubes

And a hand full of peanuts for some healthy fats! 

The tropical strawberry vegan Shakeology gives me the macronutrients I need daily all in a single glass. Amazing, right?
